Indonesia IFR Event 2011 | Start in 4 June 2011 - 2011-08-19
IVAO Indonesia IFR XI Event will be held every Saturday night at 13:00 UTC /20:00 WIB. This weekly event will have the concept of IFR Tour with 12 legs available. Member should flying each leg on every week with specific routes, detail as below.
Rules
- All legs MUST be flown online, with "real weather".
- All legs MUST be flown on the particular event date.
- ATC guidance is not necessary all the way.
- Flights must be flown in "realtime" mode (1x sim rate).
- Please make sure the aircraft you choose is suitable and no HEAVY aircraft allowed.
- Please pay attention to your flight plans.
- Note down both take-off time and landing time: you will be asked to report them later.
- Remember to report legs in UTC time.
- Report your flight immediately after your finished the left by using the PIREP-form.
- Each leg will be validated by a validator and is only valid after validation completed.
- Max. cruise speed is mach .80 and max alt FL390.
- Include as remark in your flight plan RMK/ID IFR Event XI LEGxx
- Flight must be done at specified date within 13:00-17:00z (detail as below on "Event Legs")
- Maximum flight per event is 1!

July 30th, 2011 : Leg 9 : WIII WIMM

August 13th, 2011 : Leg 11 : WIDD WICC

Additional Information
Every flight must be reported on MODA system : Indonesia IFR Event XI (EVENT)
Pilot who complete all 12 legs will be reward Pilot Event Award.
We also provide award for ATC which is participate on this event
ATC who complete all 8 legs on minimal will be reward ATC Event Award.
Requirement as below :
- Must have any charts required..
- Controlling at least 8 leg on this event with minimal online time 2 hrs per leg.
- ATC position must be at departure/arrival or during enroute (CTR) .
- TWR minimal rating are AS2/AS3, APP minimal rating are C1, CTR minimal rating are C2.
- ATC advices to using voices for better services.
- Non ID member, GCA Approval needed.
